First the Eruption. Now the Reformation.

 

2017 saw Diversity and Inclusion make front page, headline news, starting with Uber and ending with the #metoo campaign. It seemed like every day a new powerful well-respected man was resigning or being fired, a new scandal broke at a company and even women in powerful positions of change lost their jobs. If 2017 was the eruption, we’d like to posit that 2018 is the reformation.

 

Our Collective Wake Up Call

 

Let’s make 2018 the year we are proactive in reforming our company cultures and business practices. Let’s use the headline news of 2017 as the dialogue opener, and then let’s dig in together to create the kind of work environment that is inclusive and healthy.
