The LadyCoders conference is a two and a half day gathering dedicated to empowering women and non-binary* technologists to take their tech career to the highest possible levels. LadyCoders is designed to provide the underrepresented in technology tangible, real-world advice to advance their careers at all stages and overcome the obstacles they face in the tech industry.
Equili (formerly LadyCoders Productions) conceived of, organized, corralled, planned, promoted and delivered this same 2 day career conference from scratch 4 years ago and is bringing it back in 2018.
Equili works to cover the full cost of the conference with corporate sponsorship for all attendees believing that the industry should empower women and non-binary technologists with the right tools and inspiration to thrive.
To help women technologists who are on the frontlines of tech’s diversity and inclusion problem thrive in their careers and stay in the industry.
Women leave tech at high rates. The LadyCoders Conference addresses this leaky faucet problem at tech companies and is designed to increase their retention of top diverse talent.
We are actively booking speakers and will make announcements soon. You can check back here or stay up to date through our email newsletters. You can sign-up for the newsletter below.
At the past LadyCoders conference speakers included the CTO for the State of Colorado, engineers from Google, Twitter and Spotify as well as the Co-Founder of Girl Develop It and numerous female executives at the top of their field offering tangible advice for improving their careers. Equili (the organizer) does not believe in charging for attendance. Instead, we strive to remove all barriers to access by asking the tech community to underwrite the registration fees through sponsorship. Women and non-binary technologists tend to be the “only” or one of the few in their departments. This event is designed to be a place where these technologists find their tribe, connect with their community and walk away with knowledge and action to thrive in their careers.

Registration will open Jan. 15, 2018 and will be free to all attendees.
*Equili recognizes that the name of the LadyCoders Conference and subsequent language excludes those that identify as non-binary. Please know that we openly welcome the LGBTQ+ community and we recognize the limiting nature of the conference terminology may make you feel excluded. That is not our intention. Our intention is to help all underrepresented in technology thrive in their careers, and we hope you will join us.
