Enthusiastic about automation, compensation, data, education, tech, and people

Myrna Rodriguez is a compensation software developer with business acumen comprised of 12 years automating HR compensation SaaS solutions and gold data analysis. In 2005, she achieved a career dream working on Wall Street at Deutsche Bank where she entered the ‘World of Compensation’ and instantly fell in love with compensation. It is the perfect blend of accounting, databases, and systems. Recently she worked for CallidusCloud, a Silicon Valley incentive management software global leader.

With a spectrum of complementary talents in Finance, HR, and IT, Myrna applies her distinct discipline in analytics, bilingual, compensation, databases, and programming by automating compensation solutions.

Her recent unique successful compensation project was in Mexico City where she coded in Spanish and made a snack stop for cotton candy during a marathon training run at “Bosque de Chapultepec”, the largest city park in the Western Hemisphere.

Myrna earned an MBA from the University of Denver and a double major in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida. She is a Certified Compensation Professional through the WorldatWork Association. She is an active member and former board member of Rocky Mountain Total Rewards Association.

Myrna credits Accounting Information Systems UCF undergrad professor, Dr. Paul Goldwater for spark ‘magic of coding’, DU Daniels School of Business educators and advisors for her pioneer leadership skills, and extremely extraordinary women and men tech mentors for leading her to solve logic.

When Myrna is not coding, she teaches her daughter Scratch coding and training for her next marathon. Her favorite marathon is Pikes Peak Marathon.
