Unfortunately there is no manual for when sexual harassment happens to you. LadyCoders would like to help the community and companies learn best practices for reporting, coping and preventing workplace sexual harassment.

Experts will share: Whom do you talk to? What is the company’s responsibility? And how do you cope and heal?

Meet the Speakers
Ms. Garg regularly represents companies in discrimination cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Colorado Civil Rights Division. She is also experienced in all manner of employment cases in state court, federal court, and before administrative agencies, including discrimination, wage and hour class actions, trade secrets, breach of contract, non-compete agreements, employment agreements, and much more. Additionally, Ms. Garg conducts trainings on sexual harassment and all aspects of discrimination. She also drafts employment agreements, employee handbooks, and employment-related policies and procedures. She is a valuable resource to her clients for advice on employment practices.


Leveraging her years of litigation experience in family, employment, and criminal law, Neeti Pawar now enjoys her own solo practice focused on mediations, independent fact-finding investigations, appeals and activism. In 2012, 2013,and 2014 Neeti earned a spot on Colorado Super Lawyers’ list of “Top 50 Women Lawyers.” She also enjoys her industry’s highest peer ratings, and is recognized in the publications Best Lawyers in America (2008-2017) and Colorado Super Lawyers (2008-2017). Neeti was recognized as one of Denver’s Forty Under 40 by the Denver Business Journal in 2007. Neeti is the founding president and current board member of the South Asian Bar Association of Colorado. During her non-lawyer time, Neeti spends her time skiing, dancing, traveling, and espousing the virtues of slow food and a healthy lifestyle.


Heather’s passion in life is connecting people, ideas and organizations in meaningful ways that accelerate their purpose(s). She is a consultant with 25 years of experience as a former healthcare executive who helps impact-driven organizations, start-ups and entrepreneurs find their true purpose, develop growth strategies, increase market presence and build key partnerships. With leadership experience in strategy, sales, relationship development, management and marketing at companies ranging from pre-revenue startups to industry giants such as General Electric, Johnson & Johnson, Procter & Gamble and Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), Heather brings fresh perspectives to her client’s biggest challenges. Heather is also the solo parent to 6 wildly diverse children, and is committed to gender equality, diversity and inclusion, particularly in the areas of humanity, healthcare and education. Her belief is that loving, feeding, clothing and educating people, in addition to keeping them healthy, provides the foundation for the future world we all need to build together.
